I am a retired professional that has spent most of my career working for the School Board and then for 2 large Medical organizations in St Lucie County Florida. After visiting a family member that lives in the Tampa Bay area I fell in love with this area and decided to stay. I am a single man and do not have young children so I do not require much space to live and be content. Renting a room would be ideal because it would allow me to keep my expenses at an affordable level while providing a safe space to relax and be at peace.

I'm 32 I'm a Security Guard for Allied Universal In Tampa. I'm an artist i paint draw and do a little graphic designing as well. I also stream on twitch but I'm not big like the people you may know. Just yet lol. I have two cats that are super shy and would most likely stay in the room. I also drive for doordash in my spare time. I'm very laid back but I'm clean and responsible as well. It's just me and my cats and I have a gf that lives in Boston right now so I won't have very many guests if any at all. I'll definitely share more once we move to the next step in this process.

I'm Michael I just moved here from Texas from a pretty bad situation and I'm kind of struggling to get back on my feet and the place I'm currently staying in there about to move out so I have until April and March to find a new place I don't have a car but I do have a bike and I work for the scooters in Pasadena I usually just like to keep to myself and stay in my room and I'm usually good about paying rent and utilities
