Hello! 2 partially furnished rooms in a house are for rent in a newly built, quiet neighborhood in Laveen. Room #2 is ready now (w/walk in closet) and Room #4 will be available in mid/end-Feburary. The bathroom is shared. There are currently 2 male tenants in their late 20s and early 30s. They keep to themselves, are clean, and spend most of their time working. Would prefer another male in their s who does not smoke and no pets (there's already a small dog in the home). Water, trash, sewer, and half of electric, wifi, and gas are covered. Application fee: NONE Move-in: $500 deposit + first month's rent

You will need your own furniture the room is empty. You will have to share the bathroom and you have free rain of the house. There is a heated pool, pool table, library, gym in the clubhouse also 2 grills with patio furniture outside the laundry area. I do have a washer and dryer but the dryer needs to be fixed.
