I'm a gay and I have two kitties. We have one room available with a private bathroom. It’s the master bedroom. The apartment is two stories, 3 bed 3 bath. I have two very affectionate and adorable cats. You will have a full bathroom in your room (sink, toilet, shower, storage) and u do get the balcony room. We have a washer and dryer inside the apartment. We have a pool and a small gym. Not far from campus. We are directly across the street from a CatTran stop that goes on campus so it's extremely convenient for students. Additionally, the public bus stop is also very close and will get you directly to campus. $700 rent. WiFi is pretty consistently $113 every month and split between the three of us. Electric varies between 170-200ish also split between the three of us. Those are the only two utilities that we have to pay. It comes to about $800 a person with utilities. It’s a gated complex called the Hedrick on Mountain
