I consider myself tidy. I enjoy the company of someone that I get along with. I don't cook very often but when I do I at least think it's pretty good. Not a health nut. I don't have a tv in my room so I spend my time in the living room. I am disabled military 100%, so I can't get a job so I'm home quite a bit. I'm not a nosey person so I can deal with boundaries well. Your space and time are yours, unless we're hanging out and having a conversation. I don't have cable not big on it so I just do Netflix, and Disney plus, HBO max just to name a few.

We are empty nesters now.. My husband and I live in the main house upstairs.. The house is way too big for the two of us. The entire lower level, 1,900 square ft (walk out basement) is now a 2 bedroom, 1 bath, fully furnished, apartment. It has a huge living room, game room, and work out area.
