Hey! I’m Guillermo. I work full-time and I’m pretty easygoing. Spanish is my first language, but I speak English too. Most of my time is spent working, going to the gym, or just relaxing. I’m very responsible, especially when it comes to paying bills and keeping my commitments. Cleanliness is important to me, and I always do my part to keep shared spaces clean and organized. I also meal prep once or twice a week, so I don’t spend much time using the kitchen. My lease ends on September 1st, so I’m looking for a place soon. I’m open to renting a room or finding an apartment with someone if it’s the right fit. I’ve been looking at some 2 bed / 2 bath apartments at Oak Hollow that are around $1,100/month, and I’d be very interested in sharing one. I just recently left an abuser. I have left and gone back many times because I have found that finding help here is not easy. So I have been staying in my car. I will not go back. I would rather be alive than dead. I have 3 small fur babies. 2 female Chihuahua and 1 Maltese. They are older and set in their ways. They are puppy pad trained and go outside. They do not tear things up. Lazy babies. My fur babies and I would fit in more with somebody who is organized in the common areas. I do get disability and SSI. My babies are my emotional support babies. I would like someone who is friendly. I also do Uber on certain nights and early mornings. I do have 1 grown daughter and soninlaw 2 grandbabies. They are in the Navy stationed in Florida. I don't judge or discriminate against anyone. That's not my job.

For the last 2 years before we relocated here from Wisconsin, we rented out our rooms of our house, so I was on the other end of things. And I totally understand that if somebody else's home and you need to be respectful of their belongings and their space, clean up after yourself. Communication is key. But I'm very adaptable, if you want somebody to come in there that you hardly want to know, is there and you just wanna coexist and pay bills? I can do that if you want a friend that wants to hang out. And do things I can also do that lol I think about being a pretty good roomie... I think because of all the nightmare roomies that I had in my house. 😅
