We have a very large (loft) double Room to rent in our 5 bedrooms house in Putney, available from February 2026. The house is in a residential and quiet part of Putney (Putney overground 10m walk) East Putney/Putney Bridge tube station 15/20m walk. I live with my child (turning 18 in March) we are a Scottish/Italian family. My daughter comes during university breaks and my partner commutes from Dublin. The rental includes the room , private bathroom , basement (with washing machine and dryer) and use of kitchen and Garden. We have a lovely and friendly cat. We love music, films , books and interesting conversations, but also like quiet times! please note the room comes furnished except from desk, chair and tv, and that it is now occupied hence clothes etc. thank you

I have a lovely large double room available to rent in my two bedroom house situated in the centre of Portsmouth. There is on street parking however you will need to pay for a permit to park between the hours of 4-6pm, which costs £1.35 a day. Rent is £915 per month, including bills, with a five-week deposit required. The bed shown is a special super-king bed that can be separated into two single beds when needed, which is why you may see different photos.There are separate bathrooms upstairs and downstairs for convenience. Utilities, heating, Wi-Fi, and TV are all included, and council tax is not payable. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, and utensils, and we provide bedding, linens, purified water, toilet paper, and other essentials. A table, chairs, and clothes hangers are also provided. You’re welcome to cook your own meals, and I’ll do a weekly grocery shop for you. A women’s bicycle is also available for your use. Cycling and public transport are both very convenient. The city centre is about 25 minutes by bike, JR Hospital is 5–10 minutes away, and Oxford Brookes University’s Old Road Campus is 10–15 minutes away. Bus number 9 also stops right outside our home and goes directly into the city.

This lovely house is located in Hollingbury and has fantastic transport links to both universities and Brighton city centre. The house is empty Monday to Friday so you’d have sole use and at weekends I am there with the two boys (age 12 and 13) however even at weekends we are out most of the time. There is a large kitchen and garden. The room is a good size double with a bathroom next door which you’d be the only one using it.
