We have a spacious double room available in our spacious and bright 4 bedroom semi-detached home. All rooms are rented on a bed and breakfast basis and are charged at a cost of €25 per person per night. Standard check in time is from 3 pm and standard checkout time is 12 noon. Exceptions can be made with prior arrangement. Our home is 2 mins walk to shops, supermarket, public library, gym, swimming pool, health centre and bus stops into town including buses 39, 39A, 38, 37 & 70, we are also a 15 minute walk to the local Luas station. The Phoenix Park including Dublin Zoo is a 5 minute walk. There are also a number pubs and restaurants in the general locality. We have been hosting guests for over 9 years and enjoy meeting people from other cultures and look forward to welcoming you to our relaxed and comfortable home. Large family home front of an Estuary Our family lives in a 5 bed house in Malahide , on the north side , we hade 2 adult children living away from home . Our home is a 5 minute walk to Malahide village which has lots of cafés , pubs, restaurants, boutiques etc... We have a large kitchen combined dining room that looks in our lovely garden! There is a large garden with a terrace area. Use of the kitchen is permitted for guests staying 30 days or over .

It is close to all amenities, and within walking distance to Trinity College and Dublin City centre. Guests in my apartment will have their own double bedroom and their own bathroom. In Our house we have a beautiful Dog And a Beautiful cat. Both are super friendly. It is a quiet house in a quiet neighbour hood. The House is light and airy and big. We are basically in Raheny Village. Next to the Library. Raheny library is fantastic for studying or doing work on your laptop or to get a good book. The train and bus are on the doorstep also. It is a fantastic location. I myself Live there and another girl is renting the single room at the moment. The double room is light and spacious and this room I am happy to rent out for short term stay! The house is clean and tidy and we are friendly.
