Hi all! Just moved to MKE and have decided I could use a roommate. I have cats, so I wouldn't be able to take in any more pets. I would be renting out the master bedroom, which has tons of closet space and it's own half bath (which also has tons of storage). The rest the unit would be shared between us, but I already have furniture and everything else for the space. This is a dual residence, and I am on the top floor. The bottom unit is a wonderful couple. I keep a quiet and tidy home, and I go to bed relatively early. If you are interested I would love to meet up for coffee and discuss any concerns or questions. If you are a good fit and decide you like the place, you would be required to be put on the lease, which I would coordinate with my landlord. TIA!

It has a finished basement where the unfurnished living room, bar, your bathroom and the laundry room is. The main level where the kitchen, my bathroom, the main room, 2 bedrooms and a top floor that is just my bedroom. And it has central heating and air. And of course I have a dishwasher lol. I'm not a caveman! I have wifi no cable. Heat/gas/electricity is like 200-400 a month depending on season. Water is 150-200 every three months and garbage is 80 something every three months.
