I live in a spacious very centrally located modern house in Ranelagh, Dublin 6. I am, 20 minutes walk from the city centre (Stephens Green) & 3 minutes from 2 Luas stops (Ranelagh & Charlemont); on the 46a/11/145 bus route for UCD & on a direct bus route from the airport (700 blue bus to Upr Leeson street). My house is on a quiet leafy street close to the canal & 3 minutes walk from Ranelagh village (through a park) with shops, cafes and restaurants. You have the use of a private guest sitting room as well as your bedroom. The guest sitting room has a kitchenette with sink, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. I am right beside the Luas lines,the electric tram is not too loud and stops around 12 am. No longterm stays or rentals. ONE person only per room.

You will be sharing my family home with me and my partner (in our early sixties). The young adults are abroad studying. We are easy going and friendly but have full lives and like to be out and about. You will have use of the kitchen with living area and TV. We have a cat. The bedroom is a double bedroom with ensuite. The ensuite is a jack and Jill bathroom and will possibly be shared with one other for the purpose of taking a shower. There is another bathroom downstairs for that person with toilet and wash hand baisin.

Gary and Joe would like to welcome you to our home. We live in a spacious home in Finglas. We are a 25 minute bus route to the city center. Buses are every 10 to 15 minutes to the city center. The N4 bus travels between Blanchardstown and the Point Village passing DCU and the bus can be got at the top of our road every 15 to 20 mins. There are a variety of shops and supermarkets nearby. Our family lives in a 5 bedroom bungalow in Mount Merrion on the south side of Dublin. Our home is about 10m walk from UCD college and 5m walk from Stillorgan village You will have a private kitchen that you can use to microwave meals and have coffee( please see photos). Each room is equipped with your own private fridge. There is a laundry facility available( this is at extra cost) 1 big single room with plenty of light is available with a shared bathroom. There is a desk in the room and Fast Wifi. We require two weeks non refundable deposit upfront if your stay is over 4 weeks and one month non refundable deposit if your stay is over 2 months. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask.

I live in a townhouse in Dublin 4 and have converted the attic into a bedroom and this is where you will stay. We will share the bathroom and obviously the kitchen. I work full time, sometimes from home and I go to the gym so I'm out of the house quite a lot. Ballsbridge is one of the nicest places to live in Dublin with the city centre only a 20 minute walk away. There is also a lot of public transport options near by, including our local train service and buses. Guest access: Guests will have access to our kitchen at appropriate times during the day eg breakfast, lunch and dinner. Interaction with guests: We are happy to share our knowledge of Dublin with our guests. We've lived in Dublin most of our lives and know all the great places to go in the city and countryside. Once we establish what you need, we can point you in all the right directions re: site seeing spots, restaurants, pubs, clubs, shopping areas, cinemas, or even best places to go hiking.
