Full access to the kitchen and the balcony are included. The apartment is located very close to the Wynnum Esplanade and is also within easy walking distance of public transport (buses and trains), shops, cafes and cinema. The room itself has a ceiling fan, built in wardrobe with storage shelf, hanging space and a set of drawers. It is fully furnished with good quality, modern furniture which includes a very comfortable queen sized bed and side tables. Full laundry facilities are available in the second bathroom. The main living areas (living/dining) are air conditioned. On-street parking is available.

I am a teacher who wakes up early and goes to bed early. I’m happy to provide meals and information about the beautiful city of Brisbane.

There is the 444/443 bus stop just in front of our house, the bus is going to Kenmore/Indooroopilly shopping center/Toowong and CBD straight away, it's quite convenient, or if you have car, there is a plenty of parking available on the street. If you like to do exercise, the park only 4 minutes walking distance. Coles supermarket and Bellbowrie Plaza are very closed, around 2-5 mins away by car. Also, it's easy and quick to go to Ipswich area.
