Room Details:
Available room comes with a twin-sized bed and mattress. Alternatively, there’s a full-size futon bed/mattress setup if that suits you better. Full use of the entire apartment, including a fully stocked kitchen, TV, couch, and even bathroom essentials like towels. I’m easygoing and happy to share! Requirements:
Must pass a background check, rental history verification, and provide proof of income. $40 application fee (payable by money order to management). $600 move-in, with the second month’s rent prorated if you move in the middle of the month.
