You will be renting the upstairs which is very large and has enough room for a small living room and a bedroom. It also has two walk-in closets and a full bathroom. There is air conditioning upstairs but not downstairs. You will have access to a kitchen and the living area downstairs as well. I have cats so you must be okay with them. The house is right on the corner of downtown Loveland so there are a lot of restaurants , bars and activities within walking distance. There's plenty of parking space. When my son gets home from school it can be noise up until 7:30/8pm when he goes to bed. We are very respectful of other people's privacy. My son knows not to go into the basement.
