Hey there, I'm Ivy and im looking for another roommate to split rent in October. Rent is $2300 split between four people but it is expected to change to something higher when we renew the lease. With utilities included the individal rent may average between $650-$700 (obviously more with the expected price changes). We have lived here for about a year or so and have never missed rent and expect the same amount of reliability.
I'm a full time receptionist at a Veterniaran office, the one roommate works at an automechanic shop, and another in food service. Most of us are night owls and keep to ourselves. I love to cook and I love to go out to get matcha. I love to go outside and sun myself like a lizard. I will always be willing to go get a sweet treat or watch a movie.
We are offering a spacious private room with a shared bathroom. Living room has open space to hang out, kitchen has gas stoves, and the garage has enough room to store whatever you need. Our backyard is big and has plenty of space (no pool unfortunately :( ). We do have in unit laundry that is rented.
