Utilities (electricity, water, gas, sewage, high speed internet) not included and cost shared among other tenants (averages $100/m pp) Room is furnished with bed and mattress, desk, desk chair, big screen TV, night stand and lamps. All rooms recently upgraded with new quiet dual season ceiling fans. Room is ready for move in by mid-November . One month refundable deposit required, along with proof of income or funding.
