Monday-Saturday, she is away at work all day (aprox. 9am-5pm) and some weeknights (9am-10pm), so you will largely have the space to yourself. She is kind and friendly, very tidy, and keeps a clean kitchen. She has a stable income and is always on time with rent. If I think you could be a good match, I will help setup a meeting with her.
