My name is Nathan Irelan I am 34 years old I recently came down to the Romulus area for a job which I've been at for 5 weeks I make decent money not the best but enough to start looking for somewhere to stay I've been in a tent for the last 2 months you get this job and maintain this job I am pretty well maintained I stay quiet to myself I like video games and movies I'm not much of a social person anymore my recent schedule has primarily been go to work come back to my sleeping area and repeat and I'm looking to find somewhere stable and secure where I may continue grow and move forward with my life

55 years old looking for quiet room to rent for myself my kids are grown and on their own.

We are a male/female couple in our 40s looking to rent a room while we save for a home. We have 2 cats (spayed, always use litterbox). We lost our apartment when we were in the hospital after an accident, and would like to save more quickly than we would at a hotel. We are trying to quit smoking so would prefer an "outside smoking only", but are open to homes that smoke. My husband is a maintenance manager, I sell crafts. My husband is certified in electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, but also does plumbing and appliance repair on the side. He can fix anything that is home related. We haven't had guests in years, but are fine with others having guests. We're not very picky, as long as we have a room that is all ours to spend our time together.

Rent isn't cheap. Lol. Looking to cut costs a bit by finding a roommate. I'd say I'm pretty relaxed, chill guy. If you're chill too maybe we grab a beer or a coffee somewhere to see how we vibe. Obviously, it is a good idea to know if you get along well with the potential new roommate first. Lol. With my budget, I know it'll be a small place. I therefore wouldn't be having much company over. Just here or there, prolly just solo chills and, for the most part, would just be my girlfriend visiting. I have two large collections of things. My Vinyl Record Collection and my Rock (Mineral/Fossil) collection. So hopefully you wouldn't mind rocks displayed all over the place. LOL.
