Hello all!
I am looking for a roommate to move into my 2 bed/2 bath apartment in South Tacoma in March! Approximately $965 per month for everything (rent, water, sewer, garbage, wifi, electric, other processing fees), private bedroom AND full bathroom, in unit washer, dryer, dishwasher, free parking space, and the bedrooms DO NOT share a wall. Total rent is $1550.00 and our combined income must be 3 times the rent, approximately $4650.00 total. Preference given to femmes and AFABs who can show proof that they've held a full time job for at least the last year. Dogs and cats are welcome with me, but I believe the apartment only allows small dogs that aren't ESA's. If needed, I can assist you with getting your pet appointed as an ESA. I've included the rental requirements that the manager provided to me, as well as photos of the kitchen, bedroom, and floorplan.
About me: community oriented, green friendly (negotiable if needed), neurodivergent, low income full time (40 hours per week) hourly remote worker with limited energy, just trying to survive comfortably. I need the space to be quiet while I work (not silent, just quiet). I have a big dog (ESA) who's still a little crazy, but he's great with people, dogs, and cats. I'm a living room person and I love to cook for and eat with people, bake, dance, sing, and play casual videogames.
I'm hoping my next roommate will be a community oriented, responsible, accountable, clean person who is interested in building a working roommate relationship and maintaining the space together.
