Looking to share my home with a responsible roommate. House is a split plan with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the side id be renting. Rooms have minimal furniture presently so if you prefer furnished or unfurnished is fine. Renter is welcome to both rooms ($1000 per month) and bathroom or just 1 room ($850 per month) and bathroom for a little less money. I will not be renting both rooms to separate people so if person renting only wants the 1 room the other will stay empty and you will have your own bathroom. there is plenty of storage on the property. House is on lake harney with semi private beach only accessible from a few homes (including mine) or from the lake itself.

Like I said it would be for me and my husband we our heart working individuals we are very quiet casual people
