My family lives in the house with the small studio attached. It has separate entrance and little patio at the front of it. It is very safe and quite neighborhood located very close the the groceries store, coffee shops, restaurants and public transportation, about 2 miles from Flagstaff downtown and Medical Center. Just 5 minutes away is National Forest and Buffalo park with many hiking trails around.
