Oh if only a person could have all the following attributes:- reasonable tidiness and cleanliness, consideration of privacy, willingness to fit in with the other occupants’ routines, knowing when to give them space, paying their fair share of the bills and rent and coming to a reasonable agreement about use of facilities around/within the house like car parking spots, recreational things like a pool, spa or sauna, billiard table, home theatre, etc. A good roommate doesn’t have to be a particular personality but maturity and responsibility for their actions will go a long way.
