Hi im Michael im in dire need of an apartment, where im currently staying is kicking me out by end of may 2026 so its urgent i find a place and then find a job near that place im currently saving money so i can afford such housing as i currently work as a delivery driver i feel confident i can land a job but more than anything else i need an apartment if smoking is an issue i simply wont same with drinking i just need a place i can park my car and hang my hat i dont have kids or pets its just me, im not exactly sure how this app works so forgive me if this is an abnormal or strange listing. But i can cook and clean as well as follow chore charts if this is co-living or living with roommates im pretty laid back but i just need to find a place for the short term and if everything goes well maybe more than a year but i just need to find a place to live urgently.

I am very respectful and will follow all the rules are applied, just looking for a place that is furnished and family friendly.
