Had a pretty rough go of the last few years, temporarily an individual urban Outdoorsman paramedic/professional pilot out of work and on a medical leave from a doctoral program trying to get back on my feet, would appreciate some help and a chance to get some stability to allow for a gentle reintroduction to the the workforce and academia. Clean, quiet, done a lot of work on myself (it's a work in progress), I also cook and get along very well with other neurospicy individuals who vibe with cautious and reserved mutual coexistence and random outbursts of info dumping, occasionally seeing one another out of the corner of an eye, and respect. Must be able to tolerate (or at least roll eyes) at dry/esoteric humor.

I don't know what to put here. Someone who likes to do things like camping , hiking, paddle boarding.

Im bit of a loaner and tend to stay to myself until I'm able to get to know a person. I ended up in FL in January of 2020, pursuing my independence after some life altering changes. I'd say I'm pretty quiet. If I'm not, you could always ask me to quiet down. When I get bored, usually I do whatever chores I can, but most of the time, I do them once it comes up.

Youthful middle-aged artist writer remote accounting freelancer; disabled but strong & active with little to no special accommodation although a 2nd floor is impossible. After a failed engagement, I found myself in my family's casa; a place I definitely need to vacate lol. Right now I am seeking residence in a safe positive mature private space. Have my medical 420 card otherwise drug & alcohol-free, I smoke cigs but doing that & the pot outdoors is 100% okay; I'm trying to switch to vapes anyway. Not very social and mostly keep to myself but do require the ability to have occasional guests & love when landlords can be friends too (but not a prerequisite). I am respectful, sweet, polite (esp in someone else's home) & clean (esp in shared areas of the home). Love to cook for more than one & generally feel good to contribute via tasks & upkeep even tho my physical limitations do prevent a few things. I would pay more to rent 2 rooms or one room & some other space (nook in the dining room? garage?) so I could use it for art & a desk for my freelance work. I am polite & respectful esp in someone’s home. I’m friendly fun & can be intense but normally chill. I do love my music but can confine it to headphones or out loud to times that are not annoying for you :). Regular steady income & not a mooch, I prefer my own choices in food, toiletries & sundries; I will never be That Guy who eats your last piece of cheese. I am generally pleasant & amicable.
