I am just coming out of a very difficult time. I don't have very much in the way of material possessions to contribute to a home but that could be a good thing if you are offering a pre-furnished room/space.
Some notes on cleanliness:
- I cannot go to bed at night without the sink being empty. Dishwasher loaded, dishes hand-washed, etc. It is paramount that dishes are rinsed after use if not washed immediately. If you prefer to load up the sink with disgusting dishes then please don't reach out. This is non-negotiable for me.
- Although I do have depressive moments here and there I am generally a very clean and tidy individual.
- I absolutely will not live in a place with a rodent or mold/mildew infestation.
- My child will occasionally spend the night weekly.
- I am intending to go back to school potentially in the Fall.
