Once that is granted, I can pay more for rent but until then I will pay what I can and contribute around the house ( cooking, cleaning, baby sitting, etc) I cannot work until after the hearing because it can disqualify me automatically so please be understanding.

I highly believe that roommates should respect each other the shared space they live in. That includes, keeping the common areas clean and communicating with your roommate. The only thing I ask from anyone who decides to room with me is to keep common areas clean (Living Room, Kitchen, and Bathrooms) and just give me a heads up in case you ever decide to bring anyone over. I will do the same in return.
