I will always seek to avoid conflict within the house, especially when it comes to personal effects. But I will always give and do all I can as long as I don't feel as though I'm being taken advantage of. As a former member of the Armed Forces I am acutely aware of how precious and often sacred personal space and privacy can be. You'll never have to worry about me invading either without permission. And even then my own socially awkward tendencies will lead me to keep any intrusion as brief and as infrequent as possible.
