The apartment is my second home, and I'll typically only be there about three days a week, so you'll have plenty of privacy. I'm looking for a responsible graduate student or young professional who appreciates a peaceful place to live and will treat the apartment as if it were their own.
My family lives in Virginia during the school year, so I'm looking to rent the apartment for approximately 9–10 months.
