Massive brand new townhouse. We have one dog he is a chocolate lab named scout. We have a screened in porch and a nice little front porch. The downstairs is fully furnished. I normally cook at minimum every other night. The room isn’t terribly small but its not huge. We are at the end of the road.

My biggest goal as the homeowner is to have a guest that can speak both Spanish and English so they can help me improve my Spanish while staying in the house.
