We use a lot of Google apps, so most of our lights are on Google. The bedroom has a Queen size bed with sheets and blankets. Bedroom includes a desk and a smart TV Very close to public transportation, Publix grocery store, Starbucks and Dunkin' donuts within walking distance.

Pay your rent on time (whatever date we decide rent is due). I'm flexible on the date- along as it's before the 6th.
