I am a retired nurse with a lovely home in the center of the safest city in California. I have a small poodle terrier mix dog that lives here with me. He is a friendly pooch that loves to greet visitors. I have a four bedroom home, however to comply with city ordinance I am only able to rent out one room at a time. Also I am only able to accept guests that stay longer than 30 days.

I'm a 31 y/o woman with one female cat (spade/fixed). I'm a friendly introvert - happy to make friends with roommates or keep to myself, either way is fine. I'm always on call so I'm up at odd hour sometimes hobbies include painting, music, reading .

I clean up after myself, I keep out of your hair unless I need to talk to you, I sometimes make dinner for everyone, I even sometimes will get thought gifts if I feel like it.
