We live in Dublin 5 area, a short 7 minute walk to the train station and the bus stop is a 2 minute walk, so using public transport to get to the center of Dublin only takes 10 minutes via train or buses. Raheny village is a 5 minute walk away and has shops, pharmacies, banks, cafe's, restaurants, pubs a gym and an excellent library for studying. Trinity college and all colleges in the city centre are a short journey away using public transport. We are close to Sutton, Howth, Portmarnock and Malahide and a very short walk to St Anne's Park and the seafront. The cost includes laundry, and all bills such as electricity, heating, wifi, bins and water. I also supply towels. I do work from home so please make sure you job or college course is during the morning and afternoon on week days.

We are connected by great public transport. We have a newly refurbished studio attached to the main house, it includes kitchen, seated area, bedroom and en suite bathroom.
