READ CAREFULLY Who I am: I pretty much keep to myself but open up if someone els also opens up, Im pretty laid back when it comes to keeping the place tidy, as long as you pick up after yourself within a reasonable time. Noise doesnt bother me Idc if you play music, talk on the phone or watch tv late, there is a down stairs neighbor he also mostly keeps to himself. I am finiky about leaving unnessasry lights on but thats about it. The place: its a very spacouse place fully furneshed. The room is roughly 10' 5" by 8' 5" with a queen size bed, if you rent this room youll be useing the bed, everyone use ever used it I had them buy theyre own mattriss protector and would be asking you to do the same. Theres a fire palce and wall heater, I own some workout equpiment you can use just no slamming things down. Theres two balconeys the one on the roof you have to go thru my room but your more then welcomes to do so. There is space in the gauge for stuff but not enough to park a car, the washer and dryer is also in the gaurge. You can use the drive way. Its also walking distance from the beach. And the place is upstiars Who im looking for: Im leaving on deployment in JUL and is also looking for a house sitter / pet sitter in return for cheap rent and a spacesous place to yourself. Preferable someone who travels light. Some resposibilites im asking for is someone to take care of my cat untill one of my friend picks him up in AUG, watering the plants, starting my car every once in a while so it doesnt die and keeping the place over all tidy and picking up after yourself. So someone trust worthy, I want to do meet and greets now but im not the final approver the landlord is. I will be gone somtime in JUL untill JAN 2027 or sooner. I would like the place back to myself once im back but that can be negotiable

And I can live happy go to docs and not be comfortable controlled I want to be Independent. I have autism. I have several conditions. Tht required hospitalizations. I have seizures too .

Your room has lots of windows. Own aircon and heat control in your room. Can be furnished with new full size bed, desk and chair. I live in safe neighborhood who knows their next door neighbors. Friendly and kind. The whole house is shared and I live with 1 shy, tamed cat . She do not jump on kitchen , dining table etc… she’s well behaved. The living room divides our bedrooms. Meaning your room is on the other end , then living room and my room is on the other end of living room.5 mins away from downtown and Sundial. 2 mins YMCA, walking trail
