I am 49 year old Navy veteran who is a spiritual healer and content creator. My main source of income is my VA pension. I don't charge for spiritual work because I don't think it's wise to charge to heal and raise the vibration of the planet. I love being close to animals and nature. My spirit is drawn to large bodies of water for obvious reasons. I don't have a pet at the moment but animals are drawn to me because of my healing energy. My hobbies are photography and writing. I been thinv about painting and getting back into music lately (as a hobby).

Built with military values, powered by caffeine, and fueled by a work ethic most people think is a personality disorder. I'm a Director of Sales & Development for a major HVAC and Plumbing company. I work hard, stay busy, handle my responsibilities, and don't bring drama home. I respect people, their privacy, and their space. I'm not looking for a party house or daily episodes of reality TV. I pay my bills, keep things clean, communicate directly, and believe grown adults should act like grown adults. If you want a roommate who's dependable, accountable, financially stable, and capable of fixing just about anything in the house, I'm your guy. If you're looking for drama, excuses, or chaos, keep scrolling.

Hi! I’m a single professional woman looking for a room to rent in the Long Beach area. I’m a healthcare professional and work in telemedicine, so I do work from home part of the time. Because of that, I’m looking for a place where I can have some privacy and a reasonably quiet environment during work hours. I’ve lived with roommates before and have had mostly very positive experiences. I’m pretty independent and tend to keep to myself, but I’m friendly and enjoy having a good relationship with the people I live with. I’m respectful of shared spaces, clean, considerate about noise, and generally pretty easygoing. Outside of work, I’m fairly low-key. I enjoy music, getting out around Long Beach, and having a comfortable place to relax. I’m not someone who is constantly having people over or throwing parties. I’m also 420-friendly and occasionally use a vape pen, primarily at night. I’m respectful of other people's preferences and would be looking for a household where that’s comfortable and permitted. I’m ultimately looking for a peaceful, respectful living situation with someone who values communication, cleanliness, and being considerate of each other’s space.

I’m a genuine, easygoing guy who values honesty, loyalty, and real connection. I enjoy good conversations, coffee, music, road trips, and finding little adventures along the way. I’m always working on becoming a better version of myself.
