Hi! Bert, German/Australian, and Xiao Ping, Chinese/Australian, offer rooms for international students. We have a total of three rooms available for visitors. We built our large house six years ago. It's centrally located between Beach/Glenelg and the city of Adelaide, just steps from the bus and tram. Xiao Ping is a cook, and I'm a therapist. A healthy lifestyle, nutrition, and nature are important to us. The price of $400 per week includes all costs plus breakfast and dinner Monday through Friday, and three meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) on Saturday and Sunday. A four-week bond is payable upon arrival!

We are a retired couple in our late 60s, living in a quiet street in Blair Athol. Our home is fully updated and offers a comfortable and welcoming space for guests. It features three double bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a separate living room, and a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and family area that overlooks a beautifully landscaped garden. The garden is one of our favourite spots, perfect for summer BBQs or soaking up the warm winter sun. We enjoy spending time outdoors and love working in the garden. Meeting people from different backgrounds and cultures brings us great joy, and we look forward to sharing our home with you.
