Hola, buenas tardes. Muchas gracias.

Hi! I’m a 30-year-old hardworking, responsible, and respectful woman currently living in Orange County. I’ve been with the same company for 11 years and was recently transferred to work in Poway, so I’m looking to relocate closer to work. I’m quiet, clean, respectful of other people’s space, and pretty easygoing. I work Wednesday–Sunday from about 10:30 AM to 10 PM, so I’m usually not home much during the day and evenings. I’m looking for a safe, comfortable, and peaceful place that I can truly call home. I’m considerate of my roommates and believe respect and communication go a long way. I’d love to find a place with good people and a comfortable living environment

I’d be a good roommate because I’m respectful, responsible, and pretty laid-back. I work a lot, keep to myself when I’m home, and I’m clean and considerate of shared spaces. I’m big on communication and making sure everyone feels comfortable in their own home. I’m reliable with rent and bills, and I’d treat the home and the people I’m living with with respect. I’m also always open to getting to know my roommates and making new friends, while still respecting everyone’s space and privacy.
