Beautiful recently refurbished bungalow very close to Dublin Airport. Bus service to city centre & airport 2 minute walk. Shops supermarket public house/restaurants and Large all within 5 mins walking distance.

My home is in Swords Co. Dublin. Its a 15 min walk to the local village and 10 mins to Pavilion Shopping Centre. And a short bus ride to Malahide where you will find beautiful beaches. I'm right on the 43 bus stop and 5 min walk to 102 and 10 mins to swords express and 102 /42 bus stop. There is parking available if needed. Swords and Malahide village are full of cute cafes, shops and restaraunts. And has beautiful walks along the coast. I have a lovely single bedroom for rent , the room is just suitable for just one guest per stay. My home is a quite residential neighbourhood. This Would Not suit someone who works from home. This is a strictly NO SMOKING HOUSE!! The KITCHEN is available for you to use but you must be respectful and clean up after yourself. I do not offer cooked meals. Hi my name is Geraldine and my house is located on the North Side of the City in a safe suburb. 3km from the City Centre and only 15 minutes drive from Dublin Airport. Also close to Beaumont Hospital. The Bus stop is only 2 minutes walk from the house and there are lots of Bus options using this stop. The coast is a 10 minutes drive away. Other amenities close by are shops, Shopping Centres, Cinema, parks and pubs.

We have a spacious double room available in our spacious and bright 4 bedroom semi-detached home. All rooms are rented on a bed and breakfast basis and are charged at a cost of €25 per person per night. Standard check in time is from 3 pm and standard checkout time is 12 noon. Exceptions can be made with prior arrangement. Our home is 2 mins walk to shops, supermarket, public library, gym, swimming pool, health centre and bus stops into town including buses 39, 39A, 38, 37 & 70, we are also a 15 minute walk to the local Luas station. The Phoenix Park including Dublin Zoo is a 5 minute walk. There are also a number pubs and restaurants in the general locality. We have been hosting guests for over 9 years and enjoy meeting people from other cultures and look forward to welcoming you to our relaxed and comfortable home. I live in a nice quiet area 15mins away from city center. There is plenty to do as in leisure center, swimming pool, theatre ,shops and big parks. There are also plenty of cinemas, club and pubs with entertainment. My children have all moved to there own homes as they work around the country but are very pleasant and accept guest as part of the family.

Large family home front of an Estuary Our family lives in a 5 bed house in Malahide , on the north side , we hade 2 adult children living away from home . Our home is a 5 minute walk to Malahide village which has lots of cafés , pubs, restaurants, boutiques etc... We have a large kitchen combined dining room that looks in our lovely garden! There is a large garden with a terrace area. Use of the kitchen is permitted for guests staying 30 days or over .

I live in a 2 bedroom apartment overlooking Grand Canal Dock. Ideal location for exploring Dublin City. It is close to all amenities, and within walking distance to Trinity College and Dublin City centre. Guests in my apartment will have their own double bedroom and their own bathroom. The area I live in is a lovely place with coffee shops, restaurants etc all within walking distance.

In Our house we have a beautiful Dog And a Beautiful cat. Both are super friendly. It is a quiet house in a quiet neighbour hood. The House is light and airy and big. We are basically in Raheny Village. Next to the Library. Raheny library is fantastic for studying or doing work on your laptop or to get a good book. The train and bus are on the doorstep also. It is a fantastic location. I myself Live there and another girl is renting the single room at the moment. The double room is light and spacious and this room I am happy to rent out for short term stay! The house is clean and tidy and we are friendly.

Beautiful spacious double bedroom with private ensuite bathroom and balcony. The room comes with a desk and chair for studying / office work. The kitchen is stocked with essentials and has an airfryer as well for easy meals. We have a Labrador so prospective stayers must be comfortable enough with that although interaction with the dog will be minimal.

Please note that this is a two rooms apartment and you will be sharing the apartment and the toilet with me, having your own room with double bed. Most of the days I will work from home. There are two sets of stairs to get at the apartment (just in case you have disability).
