I work overnight, I keep to myself but am also pretty friendly and easy going. I really need a space for me and my kitties. They would stay in the room if need be, but they can go outside from to time depending on the area.

I can keep to myself and pay rent on time. Have a great rental history, don't need a space to be furnished as I have my own bed sofa dressers etc.
