This is a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath condo with a spacious basement good for storage and fun. Laundry is also in the basement and all utilities included. The room is currently furnished but I can make other arrangements for the items if needed! The third bedroom serves as an office that is also available for use.

I am an introvert (INFP if you’re into MBTI) so I would happily give you plenty of space. I prefer having upfront schedules/expectations about when we would each want to use the kitchen, washer/dryer, etc. so we can avoid conflicts and problems as much as possible.
