The Wellington cottage is located on Stone lake. The cottage sleeps 8, has water activities, kayaks, paddle boat. The price includes all rooms. Parking for 5 cars. Basketball hoop. Kayak, paddle boat, paddle board, fishing supplies, grill, outdoor seating, swings, lake pier-dock, near public boat launch. Water and indoor toys, games, books, etc. Fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher, laundry machine, fire pit, wood, dinning room and deck overlook the lake. The detached bedroom has a full bathroom ac, mini fridge, smart tv and microwave. Each bedroom and living room has a smart tv. I am only at the cottage a few times per week. Thus this ensures your relaxation and privacy at my cottage. I have a two car garage that I have one car in and thus will remain closet and locked. I also have a separate exterior entrance to the basement that I use from time to time but there is a locked door between the basement and the main house.
