I have a bedroom available in West Delray on Atlantic Ave located in a gated community between Jog and Atlantic. It comes either furnished or not furnished depending on what you prefer and has wall to wall closets with a Juliet balcony. The bathroom is directly outside of the room and the room is located on the main floor of a townhouse the master bedroom is on the third floor so you'll pretty much have run of the house. I'm asking $1000 a month.

I work full-time pretty much from 7:30 until 2:30 to 3:00 Monday through Friday. I normally stay downstairs and watch TV. My girlfriend comes over occasionally and stays. I like to keep the house clean this is a two-story home about 2,600 ft your private room and private bathroom are upstairs towards the back of the house
