Looking for an Apartment with a Roommate

30 year old professional working in marketing. Renting a room in a three bedroom, one bathroom. Amenities include off street parking, non-coin laundry, fully furnished living room with an Apple TV, dining room, decent sized kitchen, porch, full backyard with a fire pit and a basement with a chest freezer. Landlord is very responsive and usually solves repairs within 48 hours. No central AC but a window AC unit is provided. The smallest third bedroom being used for an office on WFH days, can potentially make into a shared office. Library, coffee shop, brewery, park, Mexican restaurant and Icy Cup all are within 10 min walking distance. Also very close to downtown Saint Paul. I don't have any children or pets.

I used to work from home, but now I go to the office, so my home office is just sitting there. The bedroom for rent can be either furnished or unfurnished; that is up to you. It has a finished basement where the unfurnished living room, bar, your bathroom and the laundry room is. The main level where the kitchen, my bathroom, the main room, 2 bedrooms and a top floor that is just my bedroom. And it has central heating and air. And of course I have a dishwasher lol. I'm not a caveman! I have wifi no cable. Heat/gas/electricity is like 200-400 a month depending on season. Water is 150-200 every three months and garbage is 80 something every three months.

I work M-F 8-5 and have a dog and a horse. I often get home late after 8 pm and my dog goes most places with me so he is gone a lot. I love to try new restaurants and go to the local bars with my friends. I take my dog for walks around the neighborhood and on the trails near by.
