PRIVATE BATHROOM WITH JACUZZI TUB. EXTREMELY FUNCTIONAL KITCHEN AND BRIGHT LIVING AREAS. FREE BREAKFAST. THE REDLINE EL TRAIN IS JUST ONE BLOCK AWAY FROM CONDO (BERWYN STOP) AND IS THE TRAIN YOU WOULD USE TO GO DOWNTOWN CHICAGO. UNIT IS LOCATED IN EDGEWATER CLOSE TO RESTAURANTS AND BARS AS WELL AS WALKING DISTANCE (3 BLOCKS) TO ANDERSONVILLE RESTAURANTS, BARS, AND SHOPPING. LOVE HOSTING AND MEETING GUESTS FROM ALL AROUND THE WORLD. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT CONDO IS ON THE 4TH FLOOR WITH NO ELEVATOR IN THE BUILDING.

I love animals and could care for your pets when you need to be away. I live alone now and although I like my own quiet space, it can get pretty lonely at times
