Penthouse apartment with two private bedrooms on opposite sides of unit in opposite corners, separated by common areas in between (very private from one and other), windows on three sides (river, uptown and downtown), flat mate will have mostly private bathroom (I use bathtub sometimes and it is in the common area, so guest might use briefly, but cabinets and drawers all yours), also with room flat mate will have large balcony that runs in front of room (bedroom window looks over it) and length of apartment with access next to room through living room as own private outdoor space with river views, apartment has, in-unit laundry, dishwasher, modern appliances and fully equipped kitchen with dishes, flatware, cooking equipment, Poland Springs hot/cold water dispenser, etc., room is unfurnished but rest of apartment is furnished, Fios, built in air conditioning (Fios and Con Ed utilities split cost), quiet apartment with only one other unit on floor.
