This is a private bedroom (with a REAL and FULL single-size bed) and a private bathroom in my apartment (there are 2 bedrooms; I live in the other bedroom), located in Aventura, between Miami and Fort Lauderdale. It's a very safe and pleasant area, located ONLY a 15 minute walk from Aventura Mall shops and restaurants and a 5 minute drive from the beach. This is a bedroom with a large closet and blackout shades. We would share the living room and kitchen. This is for ONE gracious, positive, tidy and peaceful person (preferably a female). Non-smoking. No couples, No overnight guests or parties. Let's share a peaceful, pleasant and quite home. The building is very modern and offers two large pools, a gym, 24/7 front desk person and security. It is located close to a food/grocery store/supermarket, hair salon, cafes, a park, a very nice waterfront walking path and the famous Aventura Mall shopping center. Please note that half of a month for the security deposit (reimbursed at the end) and 50% of the rent will be due at the time of booking, the balance can be provided on the move-in day. A local free Aventura bus stops in front of the building and the Freebee app allows to order a car ride for free if the ride takes place in Aventura. Also the Brightline train station in Aventura connects to downtown Miami in 18 minutes and to Downtown Fort Lauderdale in 15 minutes.
