We are all late sleepers on the weekends and during the week my 2 boys have to get up between 7 and 9 am. We go to bed usually between 11 and 2 am. Quiet hours in the community are 10pm -7 am. If you have guest over I don't mind as long as I meet them once and they respect the house rules and the community rules. No parties please and no sleepovers. I try to be very clean. I never leave dishes in the sink and my kitchen is always clean. I do have dog hair but I have a Roomba to clean it up as much as possible everyday. As far as communication, I value open chats about any problems.
