I stay to myself. I am clean, quiet and respectful. Me and my fiance own two cleaning companies and have joined them together as a start up on his business introducing my services. I mainly work from home and him out in the field. We have a puppy synnamon aka syn who's 17 Mos old and crate trained. She's a sweetheart but is a blue and red nose pitty. She's been with me since she was 8 weeks old. Born 3 days after I lost my unborn children on my birthday and is my rainbow baby. We have been staying in hotels since February 2024 after my ex took my car and totalled it without permission and I have paid up to 7200 a month for hotel rooms since then a month. We are trying to lower our rent and move funding to our business and family especially our children. We vape and don't smoke normal cigarettes but we can smoke outside. We don't argue and if we do it's short lived and quiet as we are genuinely understanding people who have been through a lot In our lives. We are hoping to move In asap with as minimal due to move in as possible. Or the option to pay a smaller down to hold the room til we pay the remaining before move in payments are met. We're trying to get on with our lives together and for me to not have to worry I'm going to be located by my abusive ex husband who is the reason I lost our twins and almost bled out on my birthday 11/06/23. We request month to month to make it easier on all parties to vacate the agreement at any time and welcome any contract that may be drawn up and notarized etc.
