Searching in PA
I’m currently seeking a room for rent and would be a respectful, low-maintenance tenant. I work full-time as an arborist and contract tree climber, and I also take on smaller side jobs when available. I’ve completed high school and have some college experience.
I’m a quiet, clean, and responsible individual who values a peaceful living environment. I don’t smoke, though I do vape and am completely fine doing so outside only. I’m not a partier and tend to keep to myself, so you won’t have to worry about noise or disruptions.
I do have two children, but they live primarily with their mother, and I visit them there regularly. At home, I’m simply looking for a safe, stable place to rest and recharge after work. I don’t have guests over often, if at all, and I respect shared spaces and others’ privacy.
I’m also an animal lover and have no issues living with pets. Overall, I’m reliable, easygoing, and focused on maintaining a clean, drama-free living situation.
