I have 2 rooms for rent. 500 each. I like to split utilities up evenly and treat the house like a family. I finished the basement with a pool table and a full Wet Bar! I have 2 cats Spencer and Saylor. I also have 2 fish tanks. There is plenty of room in the garage if you have any motorcycles or tools. I ride myself so I’m always down to go for rides!

An open concept design gives this small house the extra space it needs. The TV is in the den and is visible from the living room couch. Lots of cabinet space due to the galley design. The new washer and dryer are downstairs in the half finished basement. My two friendly cats will make you feel at home. I'm looking forward to someone choosing a color for the upstairs.
