Claremont, large furnished room with a connected unsuite (bathroom/shower etc). $180 per week includes all bills and wireless internet. Bus 27 out the front to Claremont quarter/UWA takes 10 minutes, City Beach (the best beach with a new multi million dollar club and restaurants) is 5 minutes. Room is available for viewing, Thank-you....

I live in Woodlands, a sought after suburb close to the city to the east ...and only a few kilometers from the beach to the west. Two rooms are available , one for your luggage etc. You have your own private bathroom and toilet. A lovely outdoor area is perfect for a BBQ and sipping on drinks in the warm winter sun. Our property is serviced by bus which stops only a few paces away. We are in EASY walking distance of a pub, shopping centre, convenience store/ petrol station, gymnasium and many restaurants. If you love playing golf you will like it here and I can assist with tee times and maybe getting you a game on a Saturday afternoon. The Wembley Golf complex is nearby ....one of the best in Australia

My home is in a great location, close to the shopping centre, parks and a few mins walk to the bus stop. We are close to the City of Joondalup, which is one short bus ride away. You can jump on the train from Joondalup station which will take you to Perth City and beyond to explore all the wonderful sights Perth has to offer. Andrea is 57 years of age. She speaks English and enjoys sports, cooking, watching movies, music, gigs, festivals, socialising, travel, and gardening Andrea has 2 adult children living at home and one friendly dog.
