We are 20 minutes from the Civic Center, stadiums -Diamondback (spring training) & the Cardinals Arena, golf course, Disc Golf park, shopping, restaurants, theaters, 30 min CaveCreek, Phx Airport,1 hr -Bartlett/Pleasant lake, 1-1/2hr Sedona, 2 hr Flagstaff. Located close to the 101 & I-17, Local bus stop walking distance. Intranet included. We no longer have the studio, this is a single room with a shared bathroom.
