The apartment is in a prime waterfront location in downtown Toronto. The room has a lakeview, sunrise and sunset views, and an ensuite bathroom. When you want to mingle, the living room with even bigger and better views and a huge balcony is open to you. Feel free to use the kitchen. You will share the apartment with me and my wife, who work remotely from home and our 11-year-old pet dog (a 35 kg labrador). We have met great, friendly and kind people from various cultures and look forward to welcoming many more! The condo has a streetcar station at its doorstep which is just 4 stops away from union station, making it very easy and quick to reach. The highly popular walking trail along the waterfront is also at the doorstep, with multiple scenic gardens steps away. The locale is much quieter and calm then king street, which is much busier and crowded. A shoppers drug mart is also steps away and open late, so this place really has everything. Parking not included.

The thing is that all what I do is going to school and playing soccer. I do work sometimes on weekends. I don’t usually make noise except if my friends are there.

I need a room to have a place to sleep because I will be at work the rest of the time.

I am a post grad student currently enrolled in York University. I speak fluent english and i am clean as one can be. Looking for place that is not claustrophobic.
